Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of £55. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain anotherof keys, payment for producing a separate key and cancellationrescheduling the cleaning services.

Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.
