Booking Conditions & Security Deposit:
Payment: A deposit of 25% of the total rental price is due within 3 days of receiving the booking confirmation. The final balance must be paid at least 35 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 35 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately.
Security Deposit: A damage deposit of €1,000 is required in advance via bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded via bank transfer after departure, following a successful final inspection of the property.
Tourist Tax: The tourist tax (applicable to guests aged 18 and over) must be paid in advance.
House Rules:
Parties & Events: This property does not accommodate bachelorbachelorette parties or similar celebrations.
Pets & Smoking: Pets are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building.
Final Cleaning: Final cleaning is to be performed by the tenant or can be arranged for a fee (8-person apt: €160 | 10-person apt: €200 | 12-person apt: €240 | 15-person apt: €300).
